Information you give us: company name, USDOT number, contact name, phone number, email address, type of business, number of commercial vehicles, registration year, and messages you send us. Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure form and are never sent to or stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar usage data, collected by our hosting provider and any analytics or advertising tools we use.
Partial orders: when you submit the first step of the order form, we save what you entered so we can follow up or help you finish your order, even if you don't complete payment.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To prepare and file your UCR registration and pay the UCR fee on your behalf;
- To process payments and send confirmations and receipts;
- To contact you about your order and answer your questions;
- To send yearly renewal reminders (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each reminder);
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to measure our advertising; and
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Your Information
- The UCR Plan and its registration system, to file your registration.
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email), and Google (advertising measurement and site tools, if used).
- Authorities and advisors, where required by law or for the operation of our business.
- A successor, in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies
The Site uses browser storage to remember your progress through the order form during your visit and your language choice. If we use advertising or analytics tools, they may set cookies to measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Data Retention
We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to provide the Services, send renewal reminders, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
6. Your Privacy Rights
